Kiwi and cheese salad

Ingredients

  • 75 g cleaned radicchio
  • 25 g Alfalfa sprouts
  • 170 g cleaned and peeled kiwis
  • 50 g low-fat Gouda cheese (30 % fat in dry matter)
  • 1 TABLESPOON White wine vinegar
  • 1 Splash of liquid sweetener
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil

Directions

    Wash and drain lettuce and sprouts. Leave 1 lettuce leaf whole, cut remaining leaves into strips. Cut kiwis into slices. Dice cheese. Mix vinegar with sweetener, salt and some pepper, then beat the oil into it. Mix all salad ingredients with the vinaigrette. Arrange the salad with the lettuce leaf on a plate
