Pasta-vegetable omelette

Ingredients

  • 120 g Brussels sprouts
  • 70 g fine ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp (Tagliatelle)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 red pepper
  • 4 Spring onions
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper

    Clean the Brussels sprouts, wash them, possibly halve them. Cook together with the noodles in plenty of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes, then drain. In the meantime, clean, wash and cut the bell peppers and spring onions into pieces.

    Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the pasta and vegetables for about 3 minutes at medium heat. Mix eggs and milk. Season with paprika, salt and pepper and pour into the pan. Cover the omelette and let it set for about 25 minutes at low heat.
