  • 1 large tomato (about 100 g)
  • 1 TABLESPOON sweet-sour gherkin relish
  • 2 thin slices of rye crispbread with wholemeal
  • 2 thin slices of gouda cheese (30 % fat in dry matter)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Wash the tomato, dab dry and cut into slices. Put the relish on the crispbread and cover with cheese and tomatoes. Season tomatoes lightly with salt and pepper
