Bircher muesli with papaya and honey

Ingredients

  • 5 g Sunflower seeds
  • 25 g fluffy oats
  • 2 TABLESPOONS low-fat milk (1,5 % fat)
  • 50 g Skimmed milk yoghurt (0,3 % fat)
  • 1/2 (approx. 200 g) Papaya
  • 10 g liquid honey

Directions

    Roast the sunflower seeds in a pan without fat, take them out immediately and let them cool down. Mix oat flakes, milk and yoghurt and put into a small bowl

    Peel the papaya, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into cubes. Put papaya on the oatmeal yoghurt mixture and sprinkle with honey. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds
