Roast the sunflower seeds in a pan without fat, take them out immediately and let them cool down. Mix oat flakes, milk and yoghurt and put into a small bowl
Peel the papaya, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into cubes. Put papaya on the oatmeal yoghurt mixture and sprinkle with honey. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds
