Apple-Shrimp-Pan (Diet)

Ingredients

  • 50 g Long grain rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 piston Chicory
  • 1 small apple
  • 120 g Shrimps (without head, in shell)
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Asian chili sauce
  • 4 Stem(s) Coriander

Directions

    Prepare rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Clean the chicory and cut the leaves into strips. Wash apple, quarter it, remove core. Cut quarter into thin slices.

    Peel the prawns and remove the intestines. Wash the prawns, dab dry and cut in at the head end about 0.5 cm. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the prawns on both sides for about 3 minutes each.

    Season prawns with salt, remove from the pan and keep warm. Add apple slices to the pan and fry lightly for about 1 minute. Add asia sauce and 2-3 tablespoons of water and simmer for 1-2 minutes.

    Wash the coriander, dab dry and chop the leaves coarsely. Place the prawns, chicory and 2/3 of the coriander in the pan, toss briefly and season again. Drain the rice and garnish with coriander.

    Pass to the shrimp pan.
