Noodles with light ham and cream sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 400 g Mushrooms
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley and basil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 50 g [...]
  • 300 g Noodles (e.g. Farfalle)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 400 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 100 g condensed milk (7,5 % fat)
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS sauce thickener
  • 1 pinch Sugar

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Clean, clean and slice the mushrooms. Wash herbs and shake dry. Chop parsley finely. Put some basil leaves aside for garnishing.

    Cut the rest into strips. Heat the oil in a pan and leave out the ham cubes. Remove from the pan and set aside. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet.

    Add the mushrooms to the frying fat and fry well all around, add the onion and fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with broth and condensed milk

    Stir in the sauce thickener, bring to the boil again and season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Mix in basil and parsley. Drain the pasta and mix into the sauce. Sprinkle with remaining ham cubes and garnish with basil.
