White cabbage salad with pork

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 750 g White cabbage
  • 6 tablespoons (10 g each) Cider vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 (approx. 100 g) Spring onions
  • 2 (200 g each) sour apples
  • 4 tablespoons (10 g each) Lemon juice
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 400 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 200 g Kasseleraufschnitt in thin slices
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dill flags

Directions

    Clean the white cabbage, first cut into slices, then into fine strips. Wash the cabbage, drain well. Heat vinegar, season with salt and pepper and knead into the cabbage. Clean and wash spring onions, cut into small pieces.

    Wash apples, quarter them, remove seeds. Cut the fruit flesh into fine slices and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Mix spring onions and apples with the cabbage. Wash chives, cut into small rolls.

    Mix yoghurt, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and chives. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve the salad in portions with small pork rolls and yoghurt sauce. Serve garnished with dill flags.
