Ingredients

  • 1 red pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Baby pineapple in slices (12 pcs.)
  • 4 discs (60 g each) Wholemeal bread
  • 4 TSP clotted cream
  • 80 g wafer-thinly sliced turkey breast
  • 4 pickled peppers
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Grated cheese for gratinating (17 % fat)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp fresh herbs

Directions

    Clean, wash and quarter the peppers. Cook in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain the pineapple. Spread breads with sour cream. Cut into 3 pieces each. Spread pieces of bell pepper, slices of pineapple, turkey breast, pickled peppers and cheese on top.

    Sprinkle with pepper. Bake in a preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 5 minutes. Serve 3 pieces of bread garnished with fresh herbs.
