Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g Pork escalope
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 250 g Long grain rice
  • 1/2 l Vegetable broth
  • 2 red and yellow peppers
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 4 TABLESPOONS ripened cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers

Directions

    Cut the meat into strips. Peel and finely chop the onions. Heat oil in a pan. Brown the meat in it and take it out. Sauté onions and rice in cooking fat, add stock and cook covered for 20 minutes.

    In the meantime, clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces. Add the paprika and meat to the rice 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Wash parsley, chop finely and add to the rice. Arrange rice pan on plates.

    Put 1 blob of sour cream on each rice and dust with paprika. Garnish with parsley.
