Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 small onion
  • 40 g Noodles (e.g. wholemeal spirelli)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 2 (approx. 100 g) small turkey medallions
  • 250 g chunky tomatoes (package)
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Vegetable broth
  • 1-2 stem(s) Basil
  • 2-3 tablespoons (50 g) frozen peas

Directions

  1. 1

Peel and finely chop the onion. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes until al dente

  2. 2

Heat 1/2 tsp. oil in a frying pan. Wash medallions, dab dry. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper, remove

  3. 3

Heat 1/2 tsp. oil in the frying fat. Sauté the onion in it. Stir in tomato pieces and stock, bring to the boil. Wash the basil and, except for something to garnish, cut finely and stir into the sauce. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar

  4. 4

Heat peas and medallions in the sauce. Drain the pasta. Arrange everything and garnish with basil

Instead of the turkey medallions, you can also fry 150 g saithe fillets. Or you stir 1 can (80 ml) of tuna in the tomato sauce
