Fillet steak with broccoli

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 200 g Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 200-250 g Broccoli
  • 1 (approx. 125 g) Beef fillet steak
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp tr. rosemary
  • 1 knife tip Meat broth
  • 1-2 stem(s) Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil

Directions

    Peel and wash the potatoes. Cover and cook in salted water for about 20 minutes. Clean and wash broccoli and cut into florets. After about 15 minutes add to the potatoes and cook for about 5 minutes

    In the meantime dab the steak dry. Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry the steak for about 3 minutes on each side. Season with salt, pepper and rosemary. Remove, cover with aluminium foil and leave to rest for 2-3 minutes

    Deglaze the meat with 3-4 tablespoons of water. Season to taste with stock and pepper if necessary. Wash parsley and chop finely. Drain potatoes and broccoli. Arrange everything and sprinkle with parsley

    Fillet steaks are always lean: 100 g fillet of beef contain 4 g fat. Pork fillet even has only half with 2 g fat. Veal fillet is the leanest with only 1.5 g fat
