Ingredients

  • 1 Organic Lemon
  • 1 red pepper
  • 4 Little Pack of Choi
  • 1 (approx. 300 g) small stick of leek (leek)
  • 1 walnut-sized piece of ginger root
  • 600 g Cod fillet
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 2 TEASPOONS Sesame seed
  • 4 Stem(s) Coriander
  • 7-10 Tbsp Baking or parchment cuttings
  • 7-10 Tbsp Kitchen yarn

Directions

    Wash lemon hot, grate dry and cut one half into thin slices. Use the other half for other purposes. Halve the peppers, clean, wash and cut into strips. Wash, clean and cut the pak choi into halves or quarters, depending on the size.

    Clean the leek, cut the upper 1/3 lengthwise and wash the leek. Cut the leek crosswise into 3 pieces, then cut lengthwise into strips. Peel and finely chop the ginger.

    Wash the fish, dab dry, cut into 8 equal pieces, season with salt. First spread vegetables and ginger on the baking or parchment paper sections and season with a little salt and pepper.

    Place 2 pieces of fish and 2 slices of lemon on each packet. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of oil over each. Close the parcels with kitchen string and place them on a baking tray. Place the fish packs in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ circulating air: 150 °C/ gas: see

    Meanwhile roast sesame seeds in a pan without fat while turning. Remove. Wash the coriander, shake dry and chop the upper 1/3 of the stalks coarsely. Remove fish parcels from the oven and open carefully.

    Sprinkle with sesame and coriander and serve immediately.
