Peaches au gratin with honey and nut ice cream

A dessert cannot be better than these peaches au gratin with ice cream, walnuts and honey. If you don't want to grill the sweet fruits in the oven, just throw them on the right grill. Simply wonderful!

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 ripe peaches (about 125 g each)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Butter
  • 30 g Walnut kernels
  • 100 g liquid honey
  • 25 g Dark chocolate
  • 4 balls Walnut ice cream (approx. 60 g each)

Directions

    Wash, halve and stone the peaches. Place the peach halves in an ovenproof dish with the cut surface facing upwards. Spread butter in pieces on the peaches. Coarsely chop the walnut kernels and spread on the peaches. Drizzle with honey. Bake under the hot grill or in the oven at the highest setting for 6-10 minutes.

    In the meantime, scrape the chocolate with a peeler in large shavings. Arrange peaches with 1 scoop of ice cream each. Drizzle honey stock over them and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
