Broccoli rice with skewer

  • 150 g Broccoli
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Peanut kernels
  • 30 g (10 g) rice, 2 tsp oil
  • 1/8 l broth, 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g Schnitzel, salt, pepper (pork or turkey)

Directions

    Clean, wash and chop the broccoli and onions. Chop the nuts. Fry with onions and rice in 1 tsp. hot oil. Add broth, simmer for about 20 minutes. Cook broccoli for 8 minutes

    Wash the tomatoes, dice the meat. Put both on skewers. Fry all around in 1 teaspoon of hot oil, season
