Cut bread into wafer-thin slices. Peel garlic and chop finely. Wash the thyme and remove the leaves. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a frying pan, fry the bread and garlic until golden brown.
Add the thyme leaves and sauté briefly in the frying oil. Take everything out and let it drain. Clean, wash and pluck the rocket into pieces. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Season vinegar with salt and pepper.
Add 1 teaspoon of oil. Mix the prepared ingredients with the salami and sprinkle with the vinaigrette. Garnish with basil leaves.
