Ingredients

  • 150 g Potatoes
  • 150 g Low-fat curd
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) ripened cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, paprika
  • 1 small onion
  • 100 g Cucumber
  • 10 Radishes
  • some stem(s) Dill
  • 1 washer (30 g) Poultry Brawn

Directions

    Boil the potatoes in water for about 20 minutes. Then drain, quench and peel

    Mix quark and cream and season to taste. Peel onion. Clean and wash the cucumber and radishes. Cut everything into small pieces. Wash and finely chop the dill. Stir everything into the quark. Serve with aspic and potatoes
