Chicken on salad

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 150 g Potatoes
  • 1 (approx. 150 g) leg of chicken
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 100 g Cucumber
  • 1 (50 g) Tomato
  • 3-5 tablespoons (50 ml) Broth
  • 7-10 Tbsp chopped dill,
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chives, caraway

Directions

    Boil, peel and cool the potatoes

    Wash the chicken leg and rub with salt, paprika and oil. Fry in a coated pan for 25-30 minutes

    Dice potatoes, cucumber and tomato. Mix everything. Remove the drumstick. Dissolve the meat with broth. Add herbs and cumin. Mix with salad ingredients.
