Prepare the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet, then drain. In the meantime clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Coat the pan with fat. Brown the peppers briefly in it, add the peas.
Season with salt and pepper. Place the pasta as a nest in a small casserole dish. Spread vegetables and ham strips on top. Whisk egg and milk. Season with salt, pepper and dried basil.
Drizzle on pasta and vegetables. Bake in the preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 12-15 minutes. Serve garnished with basil.
