Spaghetti with meat sauce

Ingredients

  • 40 g spaghetti, salt
  • 50 g Leeks (leek)
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 100 g Beefsteakhack
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) ripened cream
  • 1 TEASPOON sauce thickener
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 tsp (5 g) grated. Parmesan

    Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water for 8-10 minutes

    Clean, wash and chop the leek and mushrooms. Fry in oil with minced meat. Stir in stock, cream and sauce thickener. Boil up, season. Fold in noodles and cheese
