Prepare rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Then drain. In the meantime, rinse the corn. Wash and chop oregano. Wash tomatoes, cut off lid. Hollow out the tomatoes.
Cut the cheese into cubes. Mix rice, corn, cheese and oregano. Season with salt, pepper, vinegar and olive oil. Roll up turkey breast and cut into small rolls. Carefully fold in and fill into the tomatoes.
