Salmon filet with broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 Broccoli (about 400 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 750–800 g fresh salmon fillet (without skin)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sesame seed

Directions

    Clean and wash the broccoli and cut the florets from the stems. Blanch the broccoli florets in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes, drain well in a sieve. Dab salmon fillet dry, cut into 4 slices and salt lightly.

    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a coated pan and fry the salmon fillet for 4-5 minutes while turning.

    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, fry broccoli in portions, deglaze with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Arrange salmon filet and broccoli on plates. Add the rest of the soy sauce.
