Baked tomato with Manchego and Serrano ham with lamb chops

Ingredients

  • 4 Meat Tomatoes
  • 75 g Serrano ham in slices
  • 150 g Manchego cheese in slices
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 4 Branches of rosemary
  • 8 (approx. 400 g) Lamb chops
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers

Directions

    Wash and clean the tomatoes and cut off one lid each. Cover with ham and cheese. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 10 minutes.

    Peel and slice the garlic. Wash the rosemary and shake dry. Wash the meat, dab dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan. Fry meat for about 4 minutes, turning.

    Add the garlic and rosemary, except for a little to garnish. Arrange meat and tomatoes on plates. Garnish with rosemary and sprinkle tomatoes with paprika. Bread tastes good with it.
