Wash the cucumber, cut in half and cut through horizontally. Remove seeds with a teaspoon. Wash the tomatoes, cut off the lid and hollow out the tomatoes
Mix mayonnaise and curry powder. Drain the tuna, let it drain and pluck it into pieces. Wash chives, shake dry and cut into small rolls. Stir capers, tuna and about 3/4 of the chives into the mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Stuff the tomatoes and cucumbers with it. Place the tomato lid on top. Keep cold until serving. Before serving, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chives
