Ingredients

  • 2 red chillies
  • 750 g Broccoli
  • 250 g Rocket
  • 400 g Orecchiette (Nudeln)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-8 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp freshly ground black pepper

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the garlic. Clean and wash the chillies and cut them into fine rings. Clean and wash the broccoli and cut the florets from the stems. Clean, wash and drain the rocket well

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Then pour into a sieve, quench briefly and drain. In the meantime, heat olive oil in a large pan, add broccoli and fry for 5-6 minutes, turning. Add garlic and chilli. Fry for 1-2 minutes while turning

    Add rocket, allow to fall apart briefly. Season vigorously with salt and pepper. Add noodles, heat up again briefly while turning. Serve in deep plates. Grated Parmesan cheese tastes good with it
