Tomato with mozzarella, burrata, basil and olive oil

4 red vine tomatoes (about 400 g)
2 curly green tomatoes (about 75 g each)
150 g Buffalo mozzarella cheese
100 g Burrata cheese
3-4 Stem(s) Basil
4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
7-10 Tbsp Salt
7-10 Tbsp coarse pepper

Wash the tomatoes and cut into large pieces. Pluck the mozzarella and burrata with your hands. Wash basil, dab dry and cut into coarse strips. Mix the ingredients with olive oil in a bowl, season with salt and pepper
