Wash the coriander, shake dry, pluck the leaves from the stalks and chop about half finely. Put the remaining leaves aside. Mix vinegar, honey, lemon juice and coriander, fold in oil and season with salt and pepper.
Wash and halve the strawberries. Sort the remaining berries. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into fine rolls. Halve avocados, remove seeds, peel flesh and cut into slices.
Sort the rocket, wash and shake dry. Mix the rocket, remaining coriander, berries, spring onions and avocado. Arrange on plates, drizzle with vinaigrette.
