Avocado slices with cream cheese (diet)

Ingredients

  • 1 stalk of dill
  • 1 tsp (4 g) chopped almonds
  • 1 (35 g) Avocado column
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • 50 g cream cheese preparation (0,2 % fat)
  • 2 discs Crispbread with sesame
  • 7-10 Tbsp some pink pepper berries

Directions

    Rinse the dill and pat dry. Roast almonds briefly in a pan without fat, remove. Cut avocado into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Spread cream cheese on the crispbread slices.

    Place avocado slices on top. Sprinkle with pink pepper berries and almonds. Garnish with small plucked dill.
