Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Cut pepperoni into rings, corncobs into thick slices. Heat oil and fry garlic in it. Add corn rings and minced meat, fry well. Season with salt, paprika and chilli powder. Stir in tomato paste.
Deglaze with 200 ml water, cook for 10 minutes. Wash parsley, chop leaves roughly. Season the mincing pan to taste again. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with tortilla chips
