  • 1 Banana (160 g)
  • 1 (50 g) Kiwi
  • 1 (125 g) Apples
  • 80 g Fruit Muesli (no added sugar)
  • 40 g low-fat yoghurt
  • 100 ml low-fat milk
  • 10 g Coconut chips

Directions

    Peel and slice the banana and kiwi. Wash the apple, rub dry, quarter and core it. Cut quarter into slices. Mix fruit with muesli. Add yoghurt, milk and coconut chips and eat immediately.
