Cornflakes with pear, apricot, raisins and soy milk

Ingredients

  • 1 Pear (150 g)
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • 150 g Apricots
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) Raisins
  • 2 tablespoons (15 g each) Maple syrup
  • 50 g Cornflakes
  • 150 ml Soy milk

Directions

    Wash, quarter and core the pear, cut into thin slices and drizzle with juice. Wash apricots, cut in half and remove stone. Cut the fruit into slices. Wash raisins, drain and mix with maple syrup.

    Put the cornflakes in a bowl with the fruit. Sprinkle with raisins and pour soy milk over it. Serve immediately.
