Apple-caramel martini

  • 1/4 red apple (e.g. Gala)
  • 4 TSP Caramel spread
  • 8 TABLESPOONS well-chilled vodka
  • 1/2 l well chilled dry cider

Directions

    Wash and core the apple and cut into 4 thin slices. Put 1 tsp. caramel spread and 2 tsp. vodka in each of four martini glasses. Pour in cider. Serve with 1 apple slices each. If the drinks are not chilled, simply add 1-2 ice cubes to the glass at the end.
