Ingredients

  • 1 litre Passion fruit nectar
  • 7-10 Tbsp pith of 1 scraped vanilla pod
  • 500 g Whipped cream
  • 1/2 litre Vodka
  • 150 g Icing sugar

Directions

    The day before, stir the passion fruit nectar with the pulp of 1 vanilla pod, whipped cream, vodka and icing sugar until smooth. Chill overnight and let it soak through. Pour into prepared bottles and close them well. Shelf life: approx. 4 weeks in the refrigerator.
