80-100 g Whipped cream
1 TEASPOON Sugar
300 ml hot coffee
4-5 Tbsp Amaretto (almond liqueur)
1/2 TEASPOON Cocoa powder

Whip the cream and sugar until stiff and place in a piping bag with star-shaped spout. Mix coffee with amaretto and divide into 2 cups. Spray cream as a topping, dust with cocoa and serve immediately.
