Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and breadcrumbs (fat pan)
  • 100 g Milk chocolate
  • 500 g butter/margarine
  • 500 g + 1 well go. tablespoon sugar
  • 1 pinch salt, 8 eggs (Gr. M)
  • 1/4 l advocaat, 500 g flour
  • 1 package Baking Powder
  • 3 (25 g) go. Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Apricots and pineapple
  • 1 kg fresh fruit (e.g. apples, bananas, kiwi, cherries, blueberries)
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Lime or lemon juice
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS sugar or honey

Directions

    Grease a fat pan (approx. 32 x 39 cm) and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Roughly chop the chocolate. Cream fat, 500 g sugar and salt. Stir in eggs one by one. Add liqueur and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Mix flour and baking powder, stir in. Spread 3/4 of the dough on the fat pan

    Stir 1 tbsp. sugar and cocoa into the rest of the dough. Stir in the chocolate chips. Use a tablespoon to spread on the light-coloured dough. Pull the dark dough spirally through the light dough with a fork. Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven:175 °C/circulating air:150 °C/gas: level 2) for 25-30 minutes. Let them cool down

    For the fruit salad let the fruit drip off (collect the juice) or wash and clean. Peel apples, bananas and kiwis and cut into pieces. Stir juice and sugar and mix everything. Serve with the marble cake
