Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) white beans
  • 2 stem(s) Mint
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Whole milk yoghurt
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 TEASPOON ground cumin
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Put the beans in a sieve, rinse and drain well. Wash mint and shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop coarsely. Peel garlic and chop finely. Add yoghurt to the beans and puree with a blender

    Add olive oil, mint, cumin and lemon juice to the beans and mix. Season to taste with salt and pepper
