Finely grate the parmesan. Cut the ham into cubes. Mix with parmesan, flour and baking powder. Stir in eggs, oil, milk and cream. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
12 Grease the troughs of a mini muffin baking tray and dust with flour. Spread the dough in the troughs and bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 20 minutes until golden brown.
Let muffins cool lukewarm, remove from the tin and dust with paprika.
