Wild garlic 4x different: Wild garlic shanddip

Ingredients

  • 1 small red pepper
  • 1 collar Wild garlic
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 250 g Schmand
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the peppers into small cubes. Wash the wild garlic, dab dry, clean and cut into strips. Stir curd and sour cream until smooth. Stir in wild garlic and paprika, except for a little bit for sprinkling.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve the dip sprinkled with remaining paprika and wild garlic.
