Wax bean salad

Ingredients

  • 750 g Wax beans
  • 100 ml White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 diced onions
  • 1⁄2 Federation chopped parsley

Directions

    Clean and wash the wax beans and cook in boiling salted water for 12-15 minutes. Quench and drain well. Whisk white wine vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and oil. Mix with onions and the beans.

    Allow to soak for at least 1 hour. Mix with chopped parsley and serve. Goes well with meatballs, for example.
