Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 125 g Butter or margarine
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 50 g crushed almonds
  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 2 (200 g each) Cup of whipped cream
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Coconut flake
  • 7-10 Tbsp Coconut chips and strawberries
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Cream soft fat and sugar. Stir in eggs bit by bit. Mix flour, baking powder and almonds and stir into the fat egg mass with the milk. Preheat waffle iron and grease. Bake 10 waffles from the dough until golden brown. Wash, clean and chop the strawberries. Puree one half with a chopping stick.

    Whip the cream until stiff and allow the vanilla sugar to trickle in. Fold in 3 tablespoons of grated coconut, strawberry puree and pieces of strawberries. Divide the waffles into five individual hearts. Make small tartlets from three hearts and a little cream. Sprinkle with the remaining grated coconut. Decorate with coconut chips and strawberries
