Ingredients

  • 70 g Cucumber
  • 1 (100 g) Carrot
  • 1/2 (approx. 150 g) Kohlrabi
  • 4 discs (10 g each) Salmon ham
  • 2 Chive straws
  • 2 stem(s) Chervil
  • 2 tablespoons (20 g each) Chilli asia sauce for chicken
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Orange juice

Directions

    Wash the cucumber and rub dry. Peel and wash carrots and kohlrabi. Cut vegetables into sticks. Cut the vegetables in half. Wrap each vegetable packet with 2 slices of salmon ham and tie up with 1 chive stalk each.

    Finely chop the leaves of 1 stalk of chervil. Mix the asia sauce, chopped chervil and orange juice. Serve the vegetable parcels with the asia sauce and garnish with chervil.
