Wash the cucumber and rub dry. Peel and wash carrots and kohlrabi. Cut vegetables into sticks. Cut the vegetables in half. Wrap each vegetable packet with 2 slices of salmon ham and tie up with 1 chive stalk each.
Finely chop the leaves of 1 stalk of chervil. Mix the asia sauce, chopped chervil and orange juice. Serve the vegetable parcels with the asia sauce and garnish with chervil.
