Vegetable juice with cucumber, radish and dill

Ingredients

  • 100 g Cucumber
  • 50 g Radish
  • 2-3 stem(s) Dill
  • 100 ml Mineral water
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cucumber slices

Directions

    Wash the cucumber and cut into pieces. Grate radish finely. Wash the dill, dab dry and cut finely, except for something to garnish. Puree cucumber and radish finely with a hand blender, fill up with mineral water and mix briefly.

    Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Pour the juice into a glass. Garnish with dill and cucumber slice.
