Banana-mango-spinach smoothie

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 Mango
  • 50 g Baby Spinach
  • 400 ml apple juice

Directions

    Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Cut the mango from the stone and peel the pulp. Cut off two thin slices and dice finely, dice the remaining mango coarsely. Wash spinach and drain well in a sieve.

    Cut some lettuce leaves into strips and set aside with the finely diced mango.

    Put banana, coarsely diced mango, spinach and apple juice in a blender and mix.

    Pour into glasses and garnish with spinach and mango.
