Cucumber-mangold-peach smoothie

Ingredients

  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 2 (approx. 325 g) Peaches
  • 3 stem(s) (approx. 100 g) Swiss chard
  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • 150 ml Mineral water
  • 5 Ice cube

Directions

    Wash and clean the cucumber and cut into large pieces. Wash peaches, grate dry, cut in half and remove stones. Cut peaches into slices, put some aside for garnishing. Clean, wash and chard and cut into small pieces.

    Halve the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the pulp with the back of a knife.

    Place the cucumber, peaches, chard, vanilla pulp, mineral water and ice cubes in a blender and mix.

    Fill into glasses and garnish with peach slices.
