Ginger-Mint Coconut Milk Smoothie

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 cm thick piece of fresh ginger (approx. 5 g)
  • 1/4 collar Mint
  • 1 Lime
  • 1/2 TABLESPOON Agave syrup
  • 75 ml Coconut milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp pink pepper berries
  • 5 Ice cube

Directions

    Peel and chop the ginger. Wash mint, shake dry and pluck leaves. Cut lime in half and squeeze.

    Place ginger, mint, agave syrup, coconut milk, lime juice and ice cubes in a blender/blender and mix.

    Pour into glasses and garnish with mint leaves and pink pepper berries.
