Berry smoothie with espresso

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 75 g frozen mixed berries
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 100 ml cold espresso
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Peel the banana, cut into slices and freeze for about 30 minutes.

    Purée the berries, except for a few for decoration, banana, vanilla sugar, milk and espresso. Pour into a glass and decorate with mint and berries.
