Ingredients

  • 1 Mango (approx. 400 g)
  • 20 g Baby Spinach
  • 1 (approx. 120 g) Banana
  • 100 g frozen raspberries
  • 30 g fresh berries (e.g. raspberries, blackberries)
  • 5 g Linseed
  • 15 g Fruit Muesli

Directions

    Cut the mango off the stone. Peel and chop the flesh. Sort, wash and drain the spinach. Peel and chop the banana. Put mango, spinach, banana and frozen raspberries in a blender and puree.

    Berries selected. Pour smoothie into a bowl. Add berries, linseed and muesli.
