Roast bread with tomatoes and fried egg

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 2 Meat Tomatoes
  • 4 Disc/s Farmhouse bread (approx. 50 g each)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 4 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 1 collar Chives

Directions

    Peel onions and cut them into fine rings. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Roast bread in the toaster, brush with butter and place on plates.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Fry the onions until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper and remove. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the frying fat and fry the tomatoes on each side, season with salt and pepper.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a coated frying pan and fry the eggs in it to make fried eggs. Season with salt. Wash the chives and cut into small rolls.

    Arrange tomatoes and onions on the slices of bread, add fried eggs and sprinkle with chives.
