Vegetable juice with avocado, celery juice and cress

  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 150 ml Celery juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Avocado column for garnishing

Directions

    Remove the avocado from its skin with a spoon and cut into pieces. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Finely puree the avocado flesh with a hand blender. Add celery juice and puree again briefly.

    Season the juice with salt, pepper and sugar. Pour juice into a glass and garnish with avocado wedge.
