Ingredients

  • 50 g Arugula
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 1 Banana
  • 300 ml Orange juice
  • 100 ml Water
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lime juice

Directions

    Sort 50 g rocket, wash and drain well. Peel 2 kiwis and 1 banana. Chop everything roughly. Puree with 300 ml orange juice, 100 ml water, 1 tbsp. oil and 2 tbsp. lime juice with a hand blender until creamy.

    Divide into four glasses and drink immediately. Great as a small dessert or simply in between.
