Organic flowers may need to be washed and well drained - they must be dry before further use! Preheat the oven to 50 °C. Chop the chocolate coating. Put 150 g chocolate coating in a small metal bowl.
Melt in a hot oven, stirring from time to time. Take out and stir in the rest of the chocolate coating until it has melted.
Draw approx. 24 circles (6 cm Ø each) on a sheet of baking paper. Turn the baking paper over. Spread approx. 1 1⁄2 tsp. couverture in a circle one after the other. Place flowers on top. Let the couverture dry.
